Northcott’s purpose is to build an inclusive society and support people with disability to reach their full potential. While Head of Design at Holiday, I worked to reflect these principles in every layer of the project - from visual identity to digital experience.
The result is a thoughtful brand and website design that foregrounds clarity, accessibility and human-centred communication, making it easier for diverse audiences to engage with Northcott’s services and support.
Brand development centred on building a coherent system that could flex across a large organisation. I refined the visual palette, typography and layout structures to enhance accessibility and streamline communication, creating an identity that is practical for internal teams while still carrying a sense of warmth and personality.
